Makes one copy of each campaign. The copied campaign is always OFF. Ad sets and ads keep the original's status (running stays running, paused stays paused), so turning the campaign ON later won't trigger another review. Rejected ads are skipped. Without Load campaigns, every ad set is copied and landing URLs stay the same.
